Notary services are available by appointment weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend and after hours services are available by appointment for an additional fee. Witnesses available upon request.

By law, we are only allowed to notarize certain types of documents, and only when a signature is required and the need for a notarial act is clearly defined. Here are some examples of what we are and aren’t able to notarize:

- Affidavits
- Buy/sell agreements
- Passport forms
- Parental consent forms
- Deed transfers and more…
- Immigration documents
- Photographs
- Blank or incomplete documents
- Documents not requiring a signature
- Documents where notarial act not clearly defined
- Documents already signed

$10 per notarial certificate + $1 per additional signature.
Witness – $20 per witness, if needed.
