We understand that it’s not always convenient or possible to visit a notary. And when documents need to be notarized, oftentimes there is urgency to do so. Deadlines must be met and official procedures must be followed. That’s why we offer three cost-effective options to meet your needs.
In-person at our office
Our most affordable notary service is also our personal favorite. We appreciate our clients and love meeting new people. Make an appointment to come by our office and meet our team, get your documents notarized, and enjoy a cup of fresh-brewed coffee on us.
Online via virtual meeting
Can’t make it to our office? No problem. Just schedule a virtual meeting with our notary and never leave the comfort of your workplace or home. Have your documents notarized using your computer, tablet, or cell phone – it’s that easy.
At your preferred location
If you are unable to visit our office or you don’t have access to the internet, let us come to you. Our mobile notary service provides in-person notarization while eliminating the time and effort of travel. Whether it’s at your home, office, or perhaps at a hospital or assisted living facility, we can be there for you.

You can count on TrustBridge Legal to provide professional, reliable, and friendly notary services. We are trained and certified to complete a wide variety of notarial transactions by the American Association of Notaries (AAN). We are officially licensed by the Texas Secretary of State, and we are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.
All of our notary services are available by appointment weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekend and after hours services are available by appointment for an additional fee.
WHAT WE CAN NOTARIZE AND WHAT WE CAN’T
By law, we are only allowed to notarize certain types of documents, and only when a signature is required and the need for a notarial act is clearly defined. Here are some examples of what we are and aren’t able to notarize:
- Powers of attorney
- Estate planning documents
- Affidavits
- Buy/Sell agreements
- Passport forms
- Parental consent forms
- And more…
- Immigration documents
- Photographs
- Blank or incomplete documents
- Documents not requiring a signature
- Documents where notarial act not clearly defined
- Documents already signed

Simple notarization – Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
$10 per notarial certificate + $1 per additional signature.
Witness – $20 per witness, if needed.
VIRTUAL:
Simple notarization – Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
$35 per notarial certificate + $1 per additional signature.
Witness – $20 per witness, if needed.
