We offer three registered agent packages, depending on the type of entity requiring service:
- $59 per year – Single-member LLCs, professional corporations and associations (PCs and PAs)
- $79 per year – Multi-member LLCs, PCs, PAs, limited partnerships (LPs and LLPs)
- $99 per year – Corporations, business trusts
If you use TrustBridge Legal to form your business and file the required documents with the Secretary of State, there is no additional filing fee for naming us as your registered agent. If you already have a registered agent but would like to use us as your new agent, we will file the change request with the Secretary of State for $75, which includes the state’s filing fee.
